Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have questions regarding vehicle transport, scheduling, or our services? Below you will find answers to the most common questions.

Within what timeframe will my vehicle be transported?

When importing a car from Europe via Marster Automotive, you will require several important documents, such as the vehicle registration certificate and a valid COC (Certificate of Conformity). Additionally, import papers and an invoice are required for registration and the payment of any import duties. We will guide you through this process step by step.

How is the vehicle transport arrangement to the Netherlands organized?

Following an order analysis, we determine the most efficient route and loading. Vehicles are consolidated on our 6- and 8-car transporters to optimize costs and lead times. We manage the entire logistical process, including planning, document verification, and compliance with AVC/CMR conditions.

Can I track the vehicle’s location live?

Yes. During transport, we provide active status updates regarding the loading time, transport phase, and expected arrival. Depending on the route and schedule, real-time tracking is available. You will always be proactively informed of any changes.

What is the average delivery time for a vehicle?

Within the Netherlands, the average lead time is 1 to 3 business days. For international shipments, this is typically 3 to 7 business days, depending on distance, border crossings, and route planning. Urgent transport is available upon request.

Which payment methods does MarSter Transport BV accept?

We primarily work on an invoice basis for business clients. Payment takes place according to the agreed payment term. For new clients or one-off assignments, advance payment may be requested. All agreements are clearly established in advance within the quotation.
